Welcome to The Next Big Code. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Engagement

Our engagement begins once a project scope is agreed upon and a formal proposal is accepted. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our expertise or ethical guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom design and code developed specifically for your project will be owned by you. The Next Big Code retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, or codebases used during development.

3. Payment Terms

Project payments are typically structured in milestones. A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. Final delivery of digital assets occurs only after full payment has been received.

4. Revisions & Support

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. Post-launch support is provided through our dedicated maintenance packages.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Next Big Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products or services.

Due to the custom nature of our services, all deposits are non-refundable. We work closely with you throughout the project to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

You may cancel with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged, and deliverables for paid milestones will be provided.
